1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
• You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. For international orders, please contact our support team before placing your order.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.
• All orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery is not available at this time.

4. Delivery Timelines

Delivery time depends on your location:

Note: Delays might occur during public holidays, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

6. Undelivered Orders

If your package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact, or repeated delivery failure, it will be returned to us. In such cases:

• A re-delivery can be arranged at an additional shipping cost.
• Refund (if requested) will be processed excluding the original shipping fee.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or your order is incomplete:

• Please take a photo of the package and products.
• Contact us at info@nature-craft.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will initiate a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
