Yes. Our single-ingredient powders contain nothing but the herb named on the pack — no fillers, binders, artificial colour, flavour or preservatives. Herbs are cleaned, shade-dried and finely ground so the natural aroma and potency survive processing. Blended formulations such as Triphala or our Ayurvedic capsules list every ingredient on the label.

Yes to both. Naturecraft is a brand of Swadeshkranti Organic Pvt. Ltd. and our FSSAI Licence No. is 12725999000594. Manufacturing takes place at our GMP-certified facility at Plot No. 712, Matiala Road, Duhai, Ghaziabad (U.P.). Batch number and manufacturing date are printed on the back of every pack.

Naturecraft is our core Ayurvedic range — single-ingredient herbal powders, capsules, tablets, syrups, oils and teas. NITARA is our everyday kitchen range of chakki-fresh attas, flours, daliya and ground spices. Both are made and packed under the same quality standards.

The usual serving is half a teaspoon (roughly 2–3 g), once or twice a day, mixed into warm milk, water or honey and taken after meals. Consistency matters far more than quantity — Ayurvedic herbs work over weeks, not hours. If you are new to it, start once a day for two weeks before increasing.

In most cases yes, and traditional Ayurvedic practice often combines herbs deliberately — Triphala itself is three fruits together. That said, combinations are best chosen for your constitution rather than at random. If you plan to take three or more herbs daily, speak to an Ayurvedic practitioner first.

Please consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a medical condition, or taking prescription medicine. Some herbs interact with blood-thinning, blood-sugar, thyroid and blood-pressure medication. Our products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and close the pack tightly after each use. Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture, printed on the back of the pack. Keep out of reach of children. Do not refrigerate powders — moisture causes clumping.

We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and you will receive a tracking link by SMS or email once dispatched. Delivery takes 3–5 business days to metro cities, 5–7 to other cities and towns, and 7–10 to remote locations.

Not at present — all orders on nature-craft.com are prepaid. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets, all through secure encrypted payment gateways. We are working on introducing COD and will update this page when it is available.

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the pack is unopened and unused with seals and labels intact. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept opened food or supplement products. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number and we will replace it or refund you in full. Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We export to the USA, Canada, UK, UAE and Southeast Asia, mainly in bulk to wellness chains, natural stores and private-label partners. For individual international orders, contact us before placing the order so we can confirm shipping and customs requirements for your country.

Yes. We supply retailers, pharmacies, clinics, wellness centres, distributors and export buyers, and we take on contract manufacturing and own-brand packaging.
