 1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (health and wellness items), we follow strict hygiene and safety protocols. Therefore, only unopened and unused products are eligible for return, subject to the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be in original condition, with all labels, packaging, and seals intact.
  • Items such as personal care, dietary supplements, and perishable goods are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

 2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.
  • Products purchased on discount or as part of a promotional offer.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
  • Products returned without proper packaging or proof of purchase.

 3. Damaged or Defective Products

 4. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

 5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, email us at : info@nature-craft.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

 6. Shipping Costs

  • If a return is initiated due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If returning for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
