Moringa earns the label. The leaves of Moringa oleifera carry a broad spread of vitamins and minerals, which is why it is called the drumstick or miracle tree across India. It is the most useful single addition if your daily diet is light on greens.
Amla is one of the richest natural sources of vitamin C available, and unlike most fruit its vitamin C survives drying reasonably well.
How to use them. Half a teaspoon in water, juice or a smoothie, once daily. Moringa has a distinctly green, slightly bitter taste that blends better into savoury food than sweet — stirring it into dal or curry works well if you dislike it in water.
All shade-dried, finely ground, and free from fillers and preservatives.
