NITARA Dhaniya Powder is ground from carefully selected coriander seeds into a fine, aromatic powder with the mild, slightly citrusy flavour that ties a curry base together without overpowering the other spices in the pan.
It's a base-level spice more than a starring one — used in curries, gravies, marinades, and even some soups to round out the flavour before the stronger spices go in. We process it under hygienic conditions to keep its natural oils and aroma intact, so a spoonful still smells like coriander and not like cardboard.
