Besan, also known as gram flour, is a finely ground flour made from premium-quality chana dal (split Bengal gram). It is widely used in Indian households for preparing a variety of traditional dishes such as pakoras, chillas, kadhi, sweets, and snacks. Rich in protein and dietary fiber, besan is a nutritious. It is alternative to refined flour. It has a smooth texture, a light yellow color, and a natural flavor. Our besan is carefully processed and hygienically packed to ensure freshness, purity, and consistent quality.
